- Can I make changes to my booking after it has been confirmed?
Yes. Please amend your booking by send an email to our reservation department for assistance at reservation@taksusanur.com with the title “Change of Reservation”
Please note that any change is subject to room availability.
- What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full room rate.
We will refund your payment or deposit in full, minus a 3% deduction for bank fees, as the payment is processed through a payment link for any cancellations requested more than 7 days in advance. Refunds typically take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit was charged to a credit card, the refund will be issued to that credit card.
- How can I check the availability of rooms and rates?
Go to our instant confirmation booking page. Enter your required check-in and check-out dates. The search engine will then generate room availability and rates.

Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing is processed in Indonesian Rupiah.
Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified.

- What is included in the room rate?
Room rates include breakfast for 2 persons, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort, and tax and service charges unless otherwise specified. Additionally, special benefits for direct bookings through the hotel website are provided, depending on the length of stay.
- Are your hotel rates per room or person?
Displayed rates are per room per night, NOT per person. As a general policy, we allow two adults per room. An extra bed/cot can be added and will be charged in line with our policy.
- How can I extend my stay at the hotel?
If you want to extend your stay, please check availability on the website or at our Front Desk in the lobby.
- Which credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and JCB
- What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
Check-in is from 2 PM
Check-out is at 12 PM noon
- What is your policy for late check-out and day use?
Late check-out depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out up to 6 PM is charged at 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 6 PM is charged as a 1-night stay.
- What is your policy for children staying at the hotel?
A maximum of 01 child under 5 years old stays free when sharing the bed with a parent, without an additional breakfast charge.
For children aged 5 to 12 years old, an additional breakfast is available at IDR 60,000 net/person when sharing the bed with a parent.
Child at any age and adult with an Extra Bed at a cost, which includes daily breakfast at IDR 400,000 net/person
- What activities are available at the hotel?
You can enjoy various activities during your stay, including spa services, swimming, dining at the restaurant, having a beverage at the bar, or participating in yoga. Additionally, you can join our weekly Balinese Offering Lesson every Thursday at 2 PM and Cooking Class every Wednesday at 2 PM. Please note that a few of these activities may involve an additional charge.

Pets are not allowed.
- Do you provide shuttle services from the airport to the hotel?
Yes, we offer airport pick-up for an additional charge of IDR 300.000 net/car/way for maximum 4 persons. Please ask our reservation team when you make a booking.
